Your Grace Can Become Someone’s Lifeline
Unfiltered. Unfinished. Still Worthy.
Standing With Alicia in the Middle

Some stories don’t come to us polished or resolved. They come to us trembling, still in progress, still aching.
Alicia’s story is one of those.
She was adopted at just seven weeks old. From the very beginning, her life was shaped by loss, instability, and survival. Over the years, she walked through layers of pain no one should have to carry—abuse, addiction, domestic violence, prison, homelessness, betrayal. Again and again, she learned how to survive when safety felt out of reach.
And still… Alicia is here.
Not because everything suddenly got better. Not because the pain magically disappeared. But because by God’s grace, she is choosing—day by day—to keep going.
Right now, Alicia is in the middle of rebuilding her life. She is remaining sober. She is doing the quiet, exhausting work of healing. She is learning who she is beyond survival mode and daring to believe that her life holds meaning, dignity, and purpose—even now.
This is not a story told after the breakthrough. It’s a story told before it.
And that’s why it matters.
At this moment, Alicia is facing the very real possibility of becoming homeless again. One of her most urgent needs is keeping her car. It isn’t a luxury—it’s her lifeline. It’s how she looks for work, gets to interviews, stays connected to recovery and support, and keeps moving forward instead of slipping back into survival.
This isn’t about fixing someone. It’s about standing with someone.
